Live table games on the main floor at Casino Nova Scotia Halifax are open daily from 2 p.m. to 3 a.m. The high-limit area, a room with higher table limits, is open daily from 5 p.m. to 4 a.m. Poker runs Wednesday to Saturday from 4 p.m. to 2 a.m. Hours for the slot floor are not published, and this guide does not print restaurant hours.

Times on this page are Atlantic time, the clock of both casinos. Times after midnight are treated as part of the night before. That means 1 a.m. on Saturday is still Friday night, and the live tables are open then. Poker on Saturday night ends at 2 a.m. on Sunday.

Sydney hours

Casino Nova Scotia Sydney offers neither poker nor live table games, so table hours do not need checking. Live tables and poker are at the Halifax casino only. The golf simulators, which are only at the Sydney casino, run daily from 11 a.m. to 3 a.m. The last booking of the day is taken at 10 p.m. Bookings are made by phone at 902-563-7703.
